We draft every reply
New Google review comes in, neverignore writes a reply that sounds like you — warm for the good ones, calm and fixing for the bad ones.
You approve in one tap
Get a nudge, glance at the draft, tap approve. Or let trusted replies post on their own. You stay in control.
Hi, I'm building neverignore because I watched my parents run a business for twenty years and never once reply to a Google review — not because they didn't care, but because by the time they saw one, the moment had passed. neverignore is the tool I wish they'd had: a reply already written the second one lands, in their voice, waiting for a tap.
We're still in build. Drop your email and I'll send you what I'm working on each week — sneak peeks, rough edges, the calls I'm making — plus first access when we open the doors. I read every reply.
The questions every owner has.
Will it post replies without asking me?
No. By default every reply waits for your one-tap approval. If you later decide you trust it for, say, your 5-star reviews, you can let those post on their own — but that's your call, never the default.
What about bad reviews — won't AI make it worse?
Negative reviews are exactly where a calm, human reply matters most, and where you most need it written before you reply while annoyed. neverignore drafts something measured that acknowledges the issue and offers to fix it. You read it and approve. Nothing heated goes out.
When do I actually get access?
We're in build. Insiders get weekly notes from me — what I'm working on, sneak peeks, and the odd rough edge — plus first access when we let people in. Everyone on the list before launch stays free while we build, and gets founding-member terms after.
Will the replies sound like a robot?
That's the whole point of neverignore. It learns your tone from your existing replies and the way you describe your business, so replies read like you wrote them — not a generic "Thank you for your feedback." You can edit any draft before it goes out.
Is it hard to set up?
One link to your Google Business Profile, about a minute, and you're done. No new software for your staff to learn and no change to how you use Google.
First access when we open the doors.
